PA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
PA Department of Human Services has established a 24/7 helpline for anyone experiencing stress or anxiety stemming from coping with the changes brought on from COVID-19. The toll free number is 1-855-284-2494.
COUNTY OF BERKS
Berks County has established a local COVID-19 Help Center for anyone experiencing stress or anxiety related to changes brought on from the pandemic. You can reach someone by telephone at 610-320-6150 or email at COVID@countyof berks.com. Staff will be available fro 8:00AM-7:00 PM to take calls and/or answer emails. Multilingual services are available.

Managing Anxiety and Boosting Family Resilience in Uncertain Times, a webinar presented by Dr. Sam Himelstein and Dr. Mica Gonzalez from Family First Psychotherapy, offers excellent information on ways to take cae of ourselves and our families during this time.
