FREE Fall 2025 PIAA Sports Physical Information

In partnership with LVHN, our officials sports medicine provider, HASD is offerring families the opportunity for their children to receive FREE PIAA sports physical exams.

All students participating in PIAA sports for HASD are required to undergo a new physical exam on or after 5/1/25.

If your annual well visit is prior to 5/1/25, that physical will not be valid for 2025-2026 PIAA sports participation.  You can have your PCP complete the paperwork, you can go to a quick care facility, or you can take advantage of the FREE opportunity provided by HASD/LVHN.
