Hamburg Area School District is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Emotional Support Paraeducator to join our elementary team. This role supports students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs, helping them succeed in the classroom and throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized and small-group support to students receiving emotional support services
• Assist with behavior management, regulation strategies, and positive reinforcement
• Support instructional activities under the direction of a certified teacher
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

💲 The pay rate for this position is $16.34 per hour (meets minimum qualifications) or, $23.00 per hour for an individual who possesses a valid teaching certification. This position is also benefits eligible for single-level coverage.
