What an amazing experience Mrs. Tucker and Mrs. Hart's 5th grade students had this afternoon! The classroom was transformed into a Poetry Cafe. Students wore a black beret and enjoyed snacks and hot chocolate while listening to their peers read the poem they created as part of their Poetry unit. Snaps instead of claps for a job well done!
