Welcome to the Hamburg Area Middle School, School Counseling Homepage!
Our middle school counselors believe in supporting each student to reach their full potential by providing counseling services in academic, career, and social/emotional learning. Furthermore, each student has a unique life experience that should find the middle school to be a safe environment that is conducive to learning. It is our mission to accept our students from their elementary schools and prepare them for the next part of their academic career in high school.
Much of our mission is achieved through actively supporting students by coordinating and connecting students, families, teachers, administrators, other staff and educational stakeholders to services and information in order to create an enveloping supportive environment for each student and family. Our School Counselors further serve the school community by implementing programs that serve the entire student body, small groups of students with targeted interventions, or in one-on-one sessions with individual students.
If you are a student, family member, staff member, or stakeholder and have a concern about a student please do not hesitate to email or call one of our counselors and obtain needed information or support. Please see counselor pages for contact information or call the Middle School Main Office phone number 610-562-2241.
