Facilities Department

The Facilities Department works daily to support the educational goals and comprehensive plan of the Hamburg Area School District.  Our department provides operational support to four educational and other related buildings.  The crew is also responsible for the grounds maintenance and all outdoor athletic facilities.


The Hamburg Area Facilities Department has worked hard over the past several years to support the changing needs of the district’s facilities.  As school buildings age, we face the growing challenge of maintaining school facilities at a level that will enable our teachers to meet the needs of today’s students.  At the same time, maintaining the systems of new more technologically advanced facilities also demands considerable expertise and commitment.


The Facilities Department will strive for excellence in the performance of our duties while maintaining our responsibility to operate an economical and effective department for the benefit of the students, staff and taxpayers of the Hamburg Area School District.

How To Reserve a Facility

The district uses ML Schedules to manage requests for use of the facilities. Click here to register for an account and request a login for ML Schedules.

If you are a school employee, you may login using your school district network account.  You will need to be approved before submitting your first request.

Once your account is approved, click here to enter a facilities request.

 Athletic areas are scheduled through the Athletic Office not ML Schedules.
