    The Hamburg Area School District is committed to helping each student find their best career path.  Students are able to experience different career fields and are provided with the resources they need to establish a plan for furthering their education, training, or entering the workforce upon graduation.

    Mrs. Del Conte is the K-12 Career Education Specialist within the school district. She is responsible for the following.

    • Collecting the PA Career Standards Benchmark evidence
    • Coordinating career exploration opportunities through classroom workshops & guest speakers
    • One-on-one student career prep sessions
    • Job Shadowing
    • Internships/Professional Field Experiences
    • Career oriented events, such as Business Etiquette Dinners
    • Industry/Company Field Trips
    • Serving as the primary contact for the Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC)
