U.S. Military History Course Description
The course will examine the significance of military affairs within the context of American political, economic, and social history from the colonial era through the modern struggle with terrorism. The course will discuss all of the major wars of this period, but it will also emphasize such themes as civilian involvement in wartime production, political support and technology.
