    High School Counselors held Course Request Meetings the week of February 26th.

    If a student was absent, they may watch the video or follow instructions, below. Course Request Video Instructions.

    To complete your course requests for next year, please follow the directions, below. The online course request system will close to students on Friday, March 8th.  

    1. Go to your Community Web Portal account.  Click on “Course Request Form” tab on the left, and click on "Fill Out Course Request Form." Use the toggle switches on the LEFT to select your choices. You will first review the Required Core Courses. Any special changes that you would need to make, please select the Special Request box, and briefly write the request. If you would like to change the level of a course to move UP a level, a Course Override Form must be completed and signed by a parent. Please complete the process and turn the signed Override form to the Counseling Office. 

    1. Select four Course ALTERNATES by checking the selecting the toggle switch on the right. Move alternates up or down to set the priority. 
    2. SAVE once you reach the 6.5 credit minimum. Please review your course request with your parent/guardian and discuss the courses that were recommended and your elective requests.  We rely on you, the student, to help us communicate to your parent(s)/guardian(s) during this time. Print 2 copies of the Course Request Verification Form. One copy is for your records, the other to turn into HR/Advisory.

    The Course Requests window for students will close after Friday 3/8/2024. If any additional changes need to be made after this date, please schedule a meeting with your school counselor or see Mrs. Fink in the Counseling Office. Students do have until the end of the school year to make final adjustments.

    In the summer months, final schedules will be mailed home in July. Any changes at this point must be made using the Google form which will be emailed to students. Schedule changes will NOT be made after the school year has begun.

     

  • NCAA-Guide for College-bound Athlete

    Students wishing to compete in collegiate sports must meet certain criteria outlined by the NCAA Eligibility. See the attached guide for more information. 

    *NCAA Eligible courses include core courses at the PS level or higher. SB courses are not NCAA approved.
