• We hope everyone is having a great summer!

    Students will have access to their Sapphire portal and class schedule in August. Students and parents should review the schedule to ensure they have the required courses: (a typical schedule should include one Math, one Science, one English, one History, one Wellness, and two elective credits) to total a minimum of 6.5 credits. Be sure to view the entire year rather than just the first semester courses. Students that successfully completed Summer School should see the change in their schedule to reflect the next year course. 

    Change requests- Students will have an opportunity to request changes to their schedule and should follow the directions that were both emailed and mailed home in July. Students will make change requests through the attached link, HAHS 2024-2025 SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST. Students may make change requests up through August 15, 2024. After this point, no schedule changes will be permitted. 

    *Parents must complete a Course Override Request to request changes of the level of a course. See form to the right >. 

    Counselors will work through schedule requests in the order that they are received the week of August 12th. 

    ***Please note*** Schedules are subject to change without notice due to various adjustments that are made through the summer. The final schedule will be shared on the first day of school in homeroom.

    Course Override Request- when a student requests to change a core course or the level of a course, for example from AP to PS or SB to PS, a Course Override Request form must be completed by the parent. Course Override Form- please print, agree to the terms, sign, and send back to Counselor. It is permitted to send a photo of the signed form to expedite the process.
