    & Initiative

    Brings needed materials to class and takes initiative to find out their duty for the day and is always ready to work. Includes proper uniform/sneakers/whistle.

    Almost always brings needed materials to class, takes initiative and is ready to work.

    Almost always brings needed materials and takes initiative but sometimes needs to get focused and get to work.

    Often forgets needed materials or rarely takes initiative or is ready to get to work.

    Attitude

    Never is publicly critical of the activity or the work of others. Always has a positive attitude about the task(s).

    Rarely is publicly critical of the activity or the work of others. Often has a positive attitude about the task(s).
